Ø       2014- Present Circle Bar T Demolition and Grading-I am responsible for overseeing all of the day to day business. We specialize in clearing and grading, installation of new septic systems and do custom hay cutting and bailing. I operate and maintain all of the equipment and manage all of the crews.

 

Ø       2013-2014  American Tower Corporation – Construction Manager- Raw land BTS

Project NC, SC- I am responsible for building raw land sites in western SC and the southern central portion of  NC. I order and buy all items needed to build a site. I oversee all aspects of the site from conception through construction to completion. I find solutions for all issues that may arise from the land owner to the customer while at all times meeting a varying construction schedule.

 

Ø       2012-2013 Ericsson Construction Manager – Verizon Lte / T-Mobile Lte- South Carolina

I am responsible for providing the GC’s have all of the necessary documentation to ensure their duties are properly completed. I report all activities to the upper management for further reporting to the customer. I interface with all on the local management to ensure proper quality standards are in place and the least amount of impact on the customers system. I also hold everyone to strict safety standards and making the customers schedule for launch dates.

 

Ø       2010 –2012 Mastec Wireless Construction Manager- for  the UMTS and Special projects

I am responsible for South Carolina UMTS 1^st Carrier project and Special Projects. I handle pre-con walks with Telco and Power providers. I assure that all work is done to ATT standards and completed safely and on schedule. I handle the entire flow of information to and from the customer.

Ø       2008-2010 Seneca Communications Construction Manager (Carolina’s, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida Markets)

I worked in these markets doing NSB’s and UMTS as an Nsoro Construction Manager. I was responsible for overseeing the quality of work completed by the GC’s was up to ATT standards. I made sure projects were completed on schedule and all punch items were resolved prior to turning the site over to the customer.  I was responsible for assuring that all safety guidelines were adhered to by the GC’s in my markets. I worked alongside all major management companies to assure their sites were left in better condition than they were found and all issues resolved.

 

 

 

 

Ø       2006-2008 Cingular Construction Manager (Carolinas Market) Contractor for Seneca Communications

I worked on the Carolinas UMTS project for NC and SC. Did installs and integrations and trouble shooting on Erricson to Nokia shared antenna work using CCI equipment. Work on the Tiger Team to resolve issues with problem sites. I completed the Carolinas project doing Nortel to Nokia hot swaps. Installed sites and did trouble shooting on problem sites. Performed line sweeps and worked on special crane sites.

 

Ø       2004-2005 Cingular- Project Manager (Florida,  Alabama, North Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi Markets)

I was a Project Manager for Bechtel /Cingular LMU work. I completed markets over the southeast. I trained crews to complete work to Bechtel standards. I inspected all sites upon completion to assure high quality work. I completed all close-out packages for hand over to Cingular. Coordinated communication with SMLC and Switch Engineers to troubleshoot and green light sites Warehouse and inventory manager for hot cut swaps in Tampa market. Trained and managed contractors working in market to assure that sites for daily hot cuts were complete for night crews to integrate .Completed site prep work doing D.C. power and ground installations for Jacksonville and Gainesville Markets. I installed Fujitsu and Nortel equipment for peer to peer site in Miami Market. Completed Ericsson de-installs for shelter sales in Lakeland Market. Renovated shelters in Daytona market from water and termite damage.

 

Ø       2004 - Mycom  Field Tech. II (Alabama Market)

  I worked alongside Mycom crews doing Nuss installations. I left the market due to lack of steady

  Work.

 

 

Ø       2004 – T-Mobile Wireless- Field Tech. II (Seattle Market)

Worked on Nokia City Talk and Ultra site equipment in market to trouble shoot and optimize                                                                                                                                                                         the network in the Seattle and surrounding areas. Assisted in Project Management and training of in       house teams to increase proficiency and update technical skills.

I completed Anritsu Certification. I worked on American Tower site build out project in Myrtle Beach S.C. Total site preparation for new shelter’s including installation of Ground ring, power and telco runs, slab construction, and landscaping. I worked in NY doing Nokia :Nuss installation and Commissioning, 2^nd T1 Integration, Simple and Complex upgrades and FXC upgrades throughout IL, GA, WI, IN, MN. I worked for MLC Wireless in NY,NJ,CT market doing MHA installation, Commissioning and Integration’s also did 850 /1900 overlay installs, as well as Site Acceptances with AT&T

Design and installation of Video Surveillance equipment, Manage and maintain networks in Hotels, Restaurants, individual residences from basic video systems to DVR systems with remote access viewing capabilities.  I was a contractor for Dish Network and Direct TV for the South Carolina area installing and servicing Satellite TV and Home Theater Systems.
